100 Public Speakers
One hundred young voices, trained over a year.
A year-long, in-person programme that develops confident public speakers. Selected students attend monthly sessions, work with a personal mentor and close the year on the showcase stage.

From application to showcase
- Step 01
Apply
Complete the online application as an individual. The application window will be announced on this page.
- Step 02
Selection
Every application is reviewed by the programme team. One hundred participants are selected and notified by email.
- Step 03
Monthly training
Attend one in-person session a month, progress through four levels and submit practice videos for written feedback.
- Step 04
Final showcase
In December, each speaker presents a polished talk to a live audience of families, mentors and guests.

Foundations
Posture, breath and voice. A two-minute talk introducing yourself.
- Level 02
Structure
Strong openings, three clear points and a close that lands.
- Level 03
Persuasion
Building an argument, taking questions and staying composed.
- Level 04
Stage-ready
A polished five-minute talk prepared for the showcase.
What participants receive
- Monthly sessions on the second Saturday of each month, in person.
- A personal mentor who reviews progress and signs off each level.
- Private practice videos, viewed only by trainers, with written feedback.
- A place on the showcase stage to close the year.
