The Best Teacher “Inspiring the Future” – Award
In line with MSS’s mission to honor and nurture excellence, MSS is awarding The Best Teacher – “Inspiring the Future”, for a teacher who has contributed effectively for the holistic wellbeing of the students. To make this honor even more meaningful, the winning teacher will be presented with a monetary reward of AED25,000. This award is sponsored by M/s Jaleel Holdings, a leading business group in the UAE. The award will be announced on 2nd Dec 2025 as part of MSS youth Festival 2025, a grand function with participation of 3000 plus people. - Each teacher will submit one document (max 8 pages) or a presentation (max 12 slides).
- Evidence should highlight impact, not just activity — show what changed because of your effort.
- For each of the four areas, include:
- Goal/Initiative: What you aimed to achieve.
- Actions Taken: What you did.
- Impact/Results: Measurable improvements or feedback.
- Evidence: Photos, data, certificates, testimonials, etc.
- Keep it clear, visual, and concise – quality matters more than quantity.
- Endorsement: Every submission must include a short note or signature of support from the Principal or Head of Institution confirming authenticity and impact.
- Submission: Please send your nomination, along with the principal’s endorsement, to [email protected]
- Each major area will carry its assigned weightage (40%, 30%, 20%, 10%).
- Final score = (Area score × Area weightage).
- The highest-scoring teachers will qualify for recognition or awards.
