About Us
Ideal Human, Ideal family, and Ideal Community
Model Service society (MSS) is a non-profit service organization, working for the betterment and development of individuals, families and communities in UAE.

This association’s functioning shall be free from any profit motive, regional, political, and/or other similar considerations, and all its members shall work for the fulfilment of its Aims and Objectives.
All the individuals registered with MSS are members of the general body. The executive committee makes policy matters and major decisions. Office bearers and subcommittee conveners (OBC), under the guidance of the General Secretary, handle day-to-day activities.
The general body meeting is a single event whereby all members can gather and ask questions about MSS activities and work. The executive meeting generally meets once every three months, and the OBC meeting meets as and when required.
Funds for the activities collected through donations generally come from members, well-wishers, or companies from fundraising appeals or given as a legacy.

“It is with deep humility and a profound sense of purpose that I extend my heartfelt greetings to all visitors of the Model Service Society (MSS) website.
Having been a part of MSS since 1999, I have witnessed the incredible journey of this organization from its early days into what it is today, the leading humanitarian and social service society in the UAE, operating under the governance and license of the Community Development Authority (CDA), Government of Dubai.
Model Service Society is proudly and independently rooted in Dubai, driven by our unwavering values of compassion, education, volunteerism, and inclusive community service. With a growing family of over 400 active volunteers, we continue to respond to the needs of the community with empathy, commitment, and purpose.
At MSS, we believe in serving humanity without boundaries. From supporting laborers and organizing health initiatives to empowering youth and families through education and awareness, every project we undertake reflects our passion to make a meaningful difference.
In alignment with the UAE’s national vision and the ‘Year of Community’, MSS is committed to fostering stronger social bonds, inspiring civic responsibility, and encouraging every member of society — young and old — to step forward and serve.
